Business Product Manager

RGA is seeking a Business Product Manager to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Treaty Administration and Claims products. You will own the product lifecycle, from business case development and prioritization to go-to-market execution, collaborating closely with business leaders, customers, and cross-functional teams. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation and make financial protection accessible to all.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Treaty Administration and Claims
• Develop business cases, manage product P&L, and oversee go-to-market execution
• Engage with customers and conduct market research to inform product direction
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, and Design for user-centric development
• Define and track key success metrics (OKRs, KPIs) for product performance
• Influence cross-functional teams and leadership with data-driven insights
