Ames Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee heavy civil and industrial construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will manage project teams, build client relationships, and coordinate resources to achieve project goals.

• Manage and support project teams including Project Engineers, Superintendents, and staff
• Track and report project progress, budgets, and needs
• Build relationships and communicate with owners or owner’s representatives
• Identify and secure necessary approvals for changes in scope, budget, or schedule
• Provide monthly billings, cash flow projections, and process change orders
