Digital Product Manager

As a Digital Product Manager, you will define the strategy and roadmap for reusable platform components that power our global Smart Factory solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure these components are standardized, scalable, and adopted across our digital manufacturing and supply chain initiatives. This role is key to enabling transformative solutions in the medical technology industry.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for reusable digital platform core components
• Prioritize requirements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility
• Drive product discovery and translate common business needs into scalable solutions
• Identify and consolidate overlapping requirements into standardized components and services
• Own the lifecycle and governance of core capabilities like access management and master data management
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption, reuse, and operational value
