Program Manager

Gentex is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in coordinating product development for engineering changes and new business. This role involves managing program scope, timing, quality, and delivery expectations, while communicating with internal departments and customers.

• Lead multiple product development programs
• Develop program scope and assure product timing, quality, and delivery
• Manage program cost and schedules
• Communicate and escalate key program issues
• Hold regular updates with customers
• Minimum 5-7 years of product development or manufacturing experience
