Operations Project Engineer 3

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Operations Project Engineer to manage day-to-day interfaces between program management, manufacturing, test, supply chain, and engineering teams. This individual contributor role focuses on achieving cost and schedule targets, facilitating problem resolution, and reporting on Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). The position requires strong leadership and project management skills, with a focus on manufacturing projects.

• Manage interfaces between PMO, Manufacturing, Test, MRP, MA, SCM, Engineering, and Shipping
• Achieve targeted cost and schedule requirements
• Facilitate internal meetings for design, production, and problem resolution
• Report EVMS and serve as Cost Account Manager (CAM) for manufacturing projects
• Lead or participate on product teams, responsible for product-level requirements analysis and engineering
• Represent manufacturing at Risk Review Board meetings and manage manufacturing risks/opportunities
