Senior Technical Program Manager - Connected Warfare

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee the transition of complex hardware products from prototype to production. You will be the key interface between engineering, business, and production teams, driving the ramp-up of production volumes and ensuring successful product launches. This role requires deep knowledge of production processes and the ability to manage ambiguity in a scaling environment.

• Serve as primary contact between engineering, business, and production
• Oversee introduction of multiple new products to production
• Spearhead ramping of engineering and production resources
• Coordinate engineering teams to respond to production needs
• Triage production and engineering resources against customer opportunities
• Shape key processes for releasing and managing products in production
