About this role

We are seeking a Project Manager with distribution operations experience to lead process optimization initiatives in a Parts Distribution Center. You will identify inefficiencies, improve material flow, and drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity, service, safety, and cost performance. This role involves partnering with various teams to solve complex operational challenges and explore new technologies like AI.

Lead cross-functional optimization projects in warehouse operations and material flow
Analyze current-state workflows and develop data-driven process improvement recommendations
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering methodologies
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation in distribution center operations
Support warehouse layout, slotting, and labor balancing initiatives
Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
