Senior Technical Program Manager

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their Transfer Solutions team in Pune, India. This role focuses on building and scaling real-time payment applications, supporting multiple agile teams, and driving execution from inception to delivery. You will facilitate agile processes, remove blockers, and collaborate with product management to ensure healthy backlogs and predictable delivery.

• Facilitate agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, XP) for multiple teams
• Support teams in implementing agile rules and improving quality, predictability, and flow
• Enable cadence and synchronization across teams for integrated solutions
• Collaborate with product management on backlog health and prioritization
• Identify and remove blockers to ensure predictable delivery paths
• Drive execution of outcomes from inception through successful delivery
