• Own day-to-day support and maintenance of the Product Data Platform
• Manage user roles, access controls, and governance
• Support product data workflows, mapping, and governance flows
• Manage the full incident lifecycle and coordinate resolution
• Coordinate testing and deployment of bug fixes and system enhancements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for platform usability and data quality
