Growth Project Manager

Stash is seeking a Growth Project Manager to provide structure and alignment for marketing initiatives. This role will act as a liaison between Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering teams, ensuring smooth project execution from concept to launch. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver focused on process improvement and efficient cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead end-to-end project management for marketing programs
• Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent campaigns and initiatives
• Partner with Creative Director to improve creative workflows
• Align cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Engineering
• Establish operating rhythms and clear visibility into project status
• Design and improve scalable processes and workflows
