About this role

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Global Talent Management solutions, including Recruiting, Talent Management, and Employee Experience. This role partners with HR leaders and technology teams to deliver innovative, AI-enabled workforce solutions.

What we are looking for

Own product roadmap and lifecycle for Talent Management and Recruiting technologies
Partner with HR CoEs and business leaders to define priorities and requirements
Serve as functional SME for Workday Recruiting and Talent Management
Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications
Drive Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, and continuous improvement
Evaluate and implement new capabilities, including AI and automation
