Staff Product Manager, Maritime App

Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Anduril's Maritime Applications team, focusing on command and control software for autonomous maritime systems. You will drive critical initiatives, collaborate with engineering and downstream product teams, and ensure a seamless user experience for maritime operations.

• Own the Maritime Apps product portfolio and multi-year roadmap
• Enable maritime product teams by addressing their workflows, needs, and pain points
• Ensure a continuous feedback loop with end-user operators
• Coordinate across diverse technical teams to align on shared technical direction
• Decompose complex technical problems into product deliverables and drive execution
• Develop product plans balancing user experience, system stability, and team velocity
