Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager at HPE, you will be the customer-facing lead for complex technical programs, guiding them from initial engagement through delivery and operational handoff. You will coordinate across multiple internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure technical commitments are met and risks are proactively managed. This role requires strong communication and influence to drive execution in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

• Drive complex technical programs from customer engagement to operational handoff
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, and Engineering
• Translate customer requirements into executable plans and deliverables
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Provide clear program status and visibility to all stakeholders
• Focus on operational execution and continuous process improvement
