As a Product Manager, you will define the strategy and roadmap for digital products supporting Engineering, EHS, and Sustainability at GSK. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to create scalable solutions, focusing on simplifying processes, enhancing user experience, and leveraging data, automation, and AI for measurable business outcomes.

- Translate business challenges into clear product outcomes and priorities
- Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and responsible AI/data use
- Guide cross-functional teams through product lifecycle from discovery to adoption
- Measure product performance and ensure governance across cyber security, data protection, and quality
- Experience in Engineering, EHS, or Sustainability domains
