About this role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale cloud migration, application development, and modernization programs, particularly within regulated industries. This role requires a blend of disciplined project management and a strong technical understanding of cloud platforms, DevSecOps, and security to ensure secure, compliant, and business-aligned delivery from discovery through operational handover.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale cloud migration and application development programs
- Manage multiple workstreams across applications, infrastructure, architecture, security, and operations
- Oversee the complete application delivery lifecycle using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Proven experience in regulated industries with security, compliance, and audit stakeholders
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and software development lifecycle
