Clinical Data Product Manager

Trella Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead a clinical data domain focused on post-acute and value-based care. You will transform complex clinical and claims data into actionable insights using AI-powered analytics to improve patient transitions, reduce readmissions, and enhance provider decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with data science, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful product features.

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for clinical data domain
• Lead end-to-end product development with cross-functional teams
• Translate clinical and claims data into actionable analytics
• Identify and integrate AI/ML capabilities for enhanced clinical insights
