Technical Product Lead, Advanced eMotors & CAE

Lead the development of next-generation eMotors from concept to testing as a Technical Product Lead for BorgWarner's Technology & Innovation team. This role involves acting as the primary technical interface with internal and external stakeholders, managing project timelines and resources, and providing mechanical CAE support for advanced development projects. You will also contribute to defining product roadmaps and monitoring industry trends.

• Lead next-generation eMotor development projects
• Serve as the main technical interface with internal/outside resources and customers
• Provide mechanical Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) support
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
• Develop and maintain eMotor product and technology roadmaps
• Monitor traction motor products and technology
