Development Project Manager

Lead and manage design, preconstruction, and construction activities for data center projects. You will collaborate with various internal and external teams to ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong communication and project management skills.

• Manage multiple projects and maintain budgets and schedules
• Develop and communicate project status for executive reviews
• Create master development programs and capital budgets
• Manage entitlement and permitting processes
• Write scopes of work and evaluate pricing proposals
