• Manage educational program lifecycles from initiation to delivery
• Oversee curriculum implementation, resource allocation, and progress tracking
• Leverage IT education knowledge in networking, cybersecurity, and emerging tech
• Coordinate academic partners, instructors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure consistent global delivery and high partner satisfaction
