You'll define what information we collect, how we collect it, and how we streamline the application process to ensure job seekers never have to repeat themselves. Your work will directly impact conversion rates and the quality of applications sent to employers, making a significant difference in connecting people to their next great opportunity.

• Own product strategy for job seeker profile and apply flow
• Drive conversion from job click to completed application
• Build a profile job seekers want to maintain
• Ensure applications are high-quality and reach employers
