About this role
Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead new construction and rehabilitation projects. This role involves managing procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to Habitat's quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate with various internal teams, subcontractors, volunteers, and future homeowners, reporting to the Senior Director of Construction.
What we are looking for
6- Lead procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of construction projects
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
- Liaise between internal teams, subcontractors, volunteers, and future homeowners
- Manage project documentation and closeout processes
- Supervise and support Superintendents and field staff
- Experience managing multifamily residential construction projects
