Q2 is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our Integration Framework and platform services. You will translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, prioritize work, and architect a roadmap to strengthen platform infrastructure. This role requires close collaboration with engineering and architecture teams to drive innovation and ensure effective scaling of services.
What we are looking for 6
- Drive roadmap and product strategy for Integration Framework, notifications, and voice banking services
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture on platform design and technical trade-offs
- Own the Golang-based Integration Framework, including APIs and event-driven architecture
- Steward multi-channel notifications and drive alert transformation initiatives
- Communicate technical vision and standards to internal teams and partners
- Gather and translate feedback into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria
