About this role
As a Sr. Program Manager, you will lead customer product development programs from inception to launch, ensuring alignment with timing, quality, financial, and product requirements. You will interface with all levels of internal and customer management, guiding cross-functional teams to achieve program success and protect Cooper Standard's interests through effective risk management and scope control.

- Lead customer product development programs from quote through launch
- Manage program teams, ensuring accountability and conflict resolution
- Maintain program documentation, timelines, and financial targets
- Mitigate risks and ensure quality and financial objectives are met
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Minimum 8 years automotive industry experience with Tier 1 supplier preference
