Director, Product Manager

Mastercard is seeking a Director, Product Manager to lead consumer acquisition and engagement products for Latin America and the Caribbean. This role will be responsible for scaling marketing services products, understanding market needs, and driving product innovation. You will collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure product success and deliver business outcomes.

• Lead product strategy and P&L management for Consumer Acquisition & Engagement products
• Scale Marketing Services products across Latin America and the Caribbean
• Deeply understand competitive landscape and local market needs
• Drive product innovation and gather requirements for future development
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
• Act as a senior subject matter expert for regional product solutions
