Group Product Manager

Brex is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a core product area, setting multi-quarter vision and driving strategic initiatives. This role involves managing and developing a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to deliver impactful outcomes. You will leverage AI and automation to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.

• Define and own multi-quarter vision and strategy for a core product area
• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and GTM leaders
• Incorporate AI/ML capabilities into customer-facing or internal products
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, analysis, experimentation, and execution
• Establish strong planning, prioritization, and execution frameworks
