Develop business cases for platform build, buy, renew, migrate, or retire
Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for current tool portfolio
Manage vendor relationships and influence roadmaps
Define adoption and value metrics, and recommend changes
Mentor product managers and demonstrate AI-native product practices
