SENIOR ANALYST, PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

As a Senior Analyst on the Content Acquisition Team, you will drive catalog data quality and operational excellence for Walmart's e-commerce platform. You will define and execute quality governance frameworks, statistical sampling strategies, and process improvement roadmaps to reduce defects and enhance efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets Walmart's standards and improves the customer experience.

• Experience in quality audits, metrics, scorecards, and governance
• Hands-on experience in process improvement, RCA, CAPA, VSM, and FMEA
• Ability to analyze defects, quality trends, and identify improvement opportunities using data
• Working knowledge of statistical analysis and sampling methodologies
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions
• Strong collaboration with Operations, Business, Product, and Technology teams
