Senior Technical Program Manager

Visa is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their VERA team, focusing on engineering strategy and operations. This role involves analyzing engineering metrics and business signals to drive insights, owning executive communications, and shaping the AI transformation within the organization. You will design operating systems, automate processes, and ensure data-driven decision-making to improve engineering efficiency and strategic alignment.

• Mine engineering metrics and business signals to surface insights
• Author executive communications and frame narratives for leadership
• Drive planning intelligence through capacity analysis and delivery forecasting
• Understand and shape the AI transformation and agentic development lifecycle
• Design operating systems like release criteria and prioritization frameworks
• Automate manual and repetitive engineering processes
