About this role

Lead the execution of a portfolio of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs within the Formulated Solutions business unit. Drive alignment across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and customer-facing teams to manage risk, improve processes, and enable successful commercialization. Provide leadership by influencing stakeholders, guiding decision-making, and advancing project management best practices.
