Sr. Product Manager

Ensemblehp is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Product & Innovation team. This role will focus on developing and deploying technology solutions to improve healthcare revenue cycle management operations. You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and global product teams to translate needs into requirements, manage the development lifecycle, and ensure successful solution deployment.

• Translate operational needs into technology requirements
• Own requirement discovery, documentation, and refinement
• Shepherd solutions from build through deployment
• Maintain roadmap accuracy and transparency
• Coordinate and manage work across a distributed global product team
• Shape AI and automation in the healthcare RCM industry
