Delivery Manager

Manage the end-to-end execution of professional services for new and existing Braze clients, ensuring successful implementations and rapid time-to-value. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand client needs and drive optimal ROI from their Braze investment.

• Project manage customer implementations to successful outcomes
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing challenges
• Collaborate with internal teams (TAs, CSMs, AEs) and external parties
• Assess customer business requirements and drive value realization
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers
• Document customer roles and facilitate transitions to CSM team
