Utility development program manager

QTS is seeking a Utility Development Program Manager to oversee the planning and execution of the company's utility capacity needs. This role is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of power to data center sites by leading substation and utility build projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and managing project budgets and timelines.

• Manage utility capacity portfolio for data center development
• Lead substation and utility build projects
• Collaborate with energy, operations, and development teams
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and equipment specifications
• Oversee construction of multiple substation sites simultaneously
• Requires 5+ years of medium/high voltage construction management
