Senior Program Manager

CEMML is seeking a part-time Senior Program Manager to support natural resource program management at Pohakuloa Training Area, Hawaii. This nine-month appointment involves conservation planning, regulatory compliance, and coordination with program staff and agency partners. The role offers an hourly rate of $58.00 and requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field with experience in natural resource management and conservation.

• Support natural resource conservation and cooperative agreement requirements
• Assist with work plans, budgets, schedules, and regulatory compliance
• Provide technical guidance and coordinate activities with CEMML and Army personnel
• Bachelor's degree in natural resources, biology, or related field
• Experience in natural resource program management and threatened/endangered species conservation
• Knowledge of Endangered Species Act and environmental compliance support
