Project Manager

LPC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee corporate interior construction projects, including tenant improvements and renovations. The role involves managing projects from strategy to completion, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Experience in real estate, architecture, or general contracting is preferred.

• Manage full lifecycle of construction projects from strategy to closeout
• Oversee tenant improvements, renovations, and ground-up development
• Coordinate with leasing teams, tenants, designers, and contractors
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
• Ensure quality work and timely delivery within budget
• Manage project documentation and closeout procedures
