Facilitate internal staff and Change Advisory Board meetings
Track project progress and identify at-risk projects using ServiceNow
Report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to executive management
Provide technical project management support for BroadbandOhio projects
Coordinate resources for Lumen POP closure and network relocation
