Senior Technical Program Manager, Launched Effects

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end technical delivery of complex hardware and software development programs for defense technology. You will own technical planning and cross-functional execution from concept through mass production, ensuring program success across engineering, supply chain, and customer touchpoints.

• Own development and deployment of TRS technologies from concept to mass production
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams through the entire product lifecycle
• Serve as the bridge between Program Managers, General Manager, Chief Engineer, and functional engineering teams
• Organize and manage comprehensive system requirements and hardware/software integration dependencies
• Drive program execution in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies
• Engage with external stakeholders including suppliers, contract manufacturers, and government customers
