Senior Program Manager

Voya Financial is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large, complex projects and programs, typically up to $15M, across multiple business and IT areas. This role involves full project lifecycle management, from planning and execution to readiness and reporting, with a focus on achieving business goals and managing risk. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, innovative leader with strong financial acumen and the ability to influence change and build cross-functional partnerships.

• Lead large, complex projects and programs up to $15M
• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, readiness, reporting
• Drive project objectives on-time, within scope and budget
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues
• Partner with Finance on project financials and forecasts
• Coach and mentor members of the PM community
