Campus Project Director

SB Energy seeks a Campus Project Director to lead the successful completion, commissioning, and transition to commercial operation of a 1.2 GW power plant in Texas. This senior on-site role involves managing construction, commercial aspects, operations readiness, and stakeholder engagement for current and future campus development, including data centers and renewable energy projects.

• Lead completion, commissioning, and startup of 1.2 GW combined-cycle gas turbine facility
• Direct Owner's Team through construction, commissioning, testing, and commercial operation
• Accountable for project safety, quality, schedule, budget, and performance
• Lead executive engagement with EPC contractors, owner's engineers, and OEMs
• Drive resolution of critical project risks, contract negotiations, and commercial decisions
• Develop and execute long-term vision and master plan for the central Texas Campus
