Project Manager

Lead projects that power AutoNation's digital transformation by reshaping how vehicles are bought, sold, and serviced. You will enable delivery teams, drive features forward, and champion Agile practices. This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams, and applying traditional project management approaches as needed.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile frameworks
• Develop project plans, manage risk, scope, and budgets
• Manage change requests impacting scope, schedule, and budget
• Track and report key project metrics and budget variances
• Partner with stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners
• Manage vendor implementations and go-live activities
