Director, Product Owner - Infrastructure Technology

Per Scholas is seeking a Director, Product Owner for Infrastructure Technology to lead their curriculum portfolio. This role involves translating labor market intelligence and employer demand into scalable learning products that drive learner outcomes and job placement. You will own the product lifecycle, define learning objectives, and ensure curriculum alignment with industry standards and certifications.

• Own and maintain the multi-year curriculum product roadmap for Infrastructure Technology
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management
• Serve as the primary curriculum strategy lead in partner and funder discovery
• Ensure curriculum alignment to occupational roles, industry standards, and certification requirements
• Act as a lead consultant for internal and external stakeholders
• Coach cross-functional partners and subject-matter experts
