Project Manager

JLL is seeking a Project Manager in Charlotte, NC to support project executives on multiple real estate projects. This role involves developing project scopes and schedules, managing vendor RFPs, negotiating with contractors, and tracking project performance against budgets and timelines.

• Support project executives on multiple projects
• Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects
• Identify and address project risks
• Coordinate and track Vendor RFPs
• Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
• Prepare project status reports and maintain project files
