Senior Program Manager

Pratt Miller, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional engineering programs from concept through delivery. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction and disciplined program execution, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks for innovative projects in autonomous systems, deployable infrastructure, and advanced vehicle technologies.

• Lead complex engineering programs from planning through integration and delivery
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks for technical workstreams
• Partner with cross-functional teams including systems, mechanical, electrical, and software engineering
• Drive customer and internal program reviews, communicating progress and issues
• Resolve technical, integration, and supply-chain issues
• Support new business development by defining execution approaches and cost estimates

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
