Technical Project/Program Manager I

We are seeking a hybrid operational and governance leader to ensure service quality and drive PMO excellence within enterprise infrastructure operations. This role involves optimizing ticket queues, conducting quality audits, refining PMO frameworks, and leading the modernization of legacy POTS lines. You will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality service delivery and strict SLA adherence.

• Manage and optimize IT ticket queues and operational workflows
• Establish quality control frameworks and conduct audits
• Own and refine PMO service catalog and governance
• Lead legacy POTS line modernization and disconnect initiatives
• Develop executive quality dashboards and manage vendor SLAs
• Experience with ServiceNow/Jira, ITIL, and telephony circuits
