Engineering Program Manager

Medtronic is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead complex engineering programs within their Imaging portfolio. You will translate portfolio strategy into executable plans, driving the delivery of machine vision technologies across global manufacturing environments. This role involves coordinating platform development, validation, and deployment with cross-functional teams, accelerating digital transformation in healthcare technology.

• Lead multiple concurrent engineering programs for machine vision and imaging technologies
• Define program scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering activities (hardware, software, optics, etc.)
• Manage program execution using Agile, Scrum, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules and manage critical path activities
• Provide executive-level reporting on program status and performance
