R&D- Project Manager

Abbott is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional product development and technical projects within their Core Diagnostics division in Lake Forest, IL. This on-site role involves managing projects from concept through implementation, driving execution, mitigating risks, and ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.

• Lead product development and technical projects through the full lifecycle
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, and status reporting
• Track progress, manage dependencies, identify and mitigate risks
• Facilitate project team meetings and stakeholder communications
• Partner with cross-functional and global teams
• Support compliance with quality systems and project governance
