Manager, Technical Product Management

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead technology strategy for scientific discovery within their Therapeutics Discovery organization. This role involves partnering with scientists and technology teams to define product roadmaps, modernize workflows through automation and digital technologies, and deliver solutions that accelerate molecular screening, profiling, and compound logistics.

• Define and evolve technology strategy for screening, profiling, and compound logistics
• Develop product roadmaps aligned to scientific priorities and business objectives
• Identify opportunities to modernize scientific workflows with automation and digital technologies
• Evaluate new technologies and commercial solutions
• Partner with scientific stakeholders, technology teams, and data teams
• Lead delivery of technology initiatives and ensure value realization
