Senior Technical Product Manager, Fleet Operations

Nscale is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the product strategy for the operational software that manages their global GPU fleet. You will partner with engineering, SRE, and support teams to define and deliver solutions for provisioning, fleet health, incident response, and lifecycle management, directly impacting fleet availability and utilization.

• Own strategy and roadmap for Fleet Operations product areas
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem framing to rollout
• Translate operational challenges into product solutions and automation
• Define and drive key GPU fleet metrics like availability and MTTR
• Partner with engineering on system architecture and trade-offs
• Mentor junior product managers and raise product quality standards
