Senior Product manager

Philips is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and drive product execution and commercial readiness for assigned ventures. You will translate consumer insights into actionable product strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage end-to-end launch readiness. This role involves monitoring market performance, adapting strategies, and leveraging digital tools to maximize adoption and commercial success.

• Own end-to-end product execution and commercial readiness
• Translate consumer insights into product value propositions
• Act as business counterpart to R&D, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply chain
• Drive end-to-end launch readiness and monitor market performance
• Use digital and AI-enabled tools for proposition strengthening
• Contribute to venture ways of working and refine lean processes
