- Support project and portfolio delivery within the IT Directorate
- Ensure governance, controls, and PMLC models are applied
- Analyze and report on project and portfolio performance
- Manage RAID, project planning, and financial tracking
- Identify and implement process and reporting improvements
- Experience in PMO coordination or analysis, ideally in retail
