IT Product/Service Manager (All genders)

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Digital Project Leader to manage CRM and Training Solutions within their IT Department in Marignane, France. This role involves leading the finalization and rollout of a new Training E2E Management System (TEEMS) and subsequently managing digital projects across their Salesforce portfolio and customer digital tools.

• Orchestrate user acceptance testing, defect triage, and go-live readiness for TEEMS
• Oversee early-stage production support and incident resolution post-launch
• Lead digital projects on the Salesforce platform, translating business requirements
• Manage external integrators and contractors for schedule, quality, and budget
• Maintain regular project status, risk mitigation, and governance reporting
• Minimum 5 years managing digital IT projects, with Salesforce expertise
